Power coaching

Power coaching

We view coaching as a means of learning and developing others. It’s not a mechanical method; coaching demands full concentration, a deep sense of understanding, creativity, and mindfulness. During the training, we use a variety of approaches to acquire new knowledge and skills.

What does the course include?
All modules emphasize hands-on experience with specific techniques, demonstrations, and practical application:

  • Group Work: Combines lectures, demonstrations, exercises, practice, and shared experiences in large groups.
  • Small Group Work: Participants practice in triads, allowing in-depth collaboration and peer feedback.
  • Individual Work: Focused on applying knowledge in practice, supported by feedback and skill-building.
  • Experiential Learning: Incorporates self-awareness exercises, self-reflection, and skill development.
  • Continuous Collaboration: Participants work in pairs or triads throughout the course.

Key Modules:

Introduction to Coaching and Mentoring
This session covers foundational theories and practices for results-oriented coaching, including an overview of professional competencies (EMCC standards). Participants will understand the differences between coaching, mentoring, therapy, and training, creating a solid base for further practice.

The Role of the Coach and Personal Power
Building on the coaching process, this module introduces the "Power to Lead" concept by J. Diamond. Participants explore change management and harness personal power in coaching.

Impact of Coaching on Organizations and Teams
This session focuses on refining coaching skills, working with goals, mindfulness, and overcoming inner barriers. Emphasis is placed on the coach's "inner power" and its role in achieving success.

Coaching as Part of Corporate Culture and Leadership
This module explores long-term support for clients within organizational transformations, focusing on change processes and integrating coaching into leadership practices.

Evaluation and Supervision in Coaching
The final session addresses setting and evaluating processes, balancing support with challenges, and using feedback to help clients achieve demanding goals in today’s fast-changing world.
